Returns & Exchanges Policy
As a new small business we are unable to currently accept any ‘change of mind’ returns. However, as per Australian Consumer Law, if you receive the wrong item, or the item is faulty, we will provide a full refund and cover the costs of shipping. Please reach out to us as soon as possible at [email protected] with details of the issue for us to review and we will arrange a refund and return postage for you.
Items are not considered faulty if they have been misused or cared for in an inappropriate way.
Size exchanges (apart from excluded items) are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is returned as new with all packaging intact in a clean sellable condition. We recommend you try on items without makeup, perfume or any skin care product that might leave marks or scents. For any lower body harness, please try them on over underwear.
All returns are inspected upon receipt at our warehouse and we reserve the right to refuse any exchanges or refunds if an item is returned to us in an unsellable condition.
Please note, we are unable to cover the costs of return shipping for size exchanges so please review our size chart carefully and if you have any questions about sizing, we recommend you reach out to us before purchasing at [email protected].
Excluded Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened lower half underwear, unless faulty (as per Australian Consumer Law).
Underwear includes briefs, thongs, and trunks.
Bras and crop tops are not considered underwear and may be exchanged if they meet our policy.
Shipping Information
All items are shipped using Australia Post. We offer two services: standard or express. All domestic parcels include the standard Aus Post tracking.
Our shipping timeline is as follows:
All in stock items will be shipped within 2 days for standard shipping and within 1 day for express shipping.
For pre-orders, the listed in stock date becomes the order purchase date. Therefore, fulfilment and shipping timeframes apply onwards from that date.
From time to time, we may offer made-to-order sizes. If you purchase a made-to-order size, items will shipping around 14 - 21 days from the day of your order being placed. Shipping times as per below will then apply once the time is shipped after this time.
Australia delivery timeframes:
- Standard delivery by post around 5 - 10 days.
- Express delivery by post around 3 - 7 days.
We offer a flat rate for our Australian shipping which is:
- Standard shipping - $14 AUD
- Express shipping - $19 AUD
We also offer free shipping to our Australian customers if they reach out order value minimum which is:
- $220 AUD for free standard shipping
- $350 for free express shipping
New Zealand delivery timeframes:
- Standard delivery by post around 7 - 14 days.
- Express delivery by post around 4 - 10 days.
We offer a flat rate for our New Zealand shipping which is:
- Standard shipping - $25 AUD
- Express shipping - $40 AUD
We currently do not offer free shipping for overseas orders.
